The project offers a proposal to transform a non-used space of a church building into a contemporary restaurant available to the public, without religious connotations. While keeping in touch with the location, the project seeks to find a new twist to a Tuscan trattoria that feels modern and up to date. The goal is to create a warm, inviting space that include inspiration from a traditional Tuscan trattoria. A contemporary and modern take on the traditional atmosphere with traits from the past and a clear connection to the location of the restaurant, Tuscany.

Traditional traits like dark wood and a display of wine bottles are weaved into the new project to modernize the restaurant space.
